Asian Crab Salad Recipe

Ingrediants:
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • ½ cup garden peas, lightly steamed
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, finely chopped
  • 200 grams chow mein noodles.
Directions:
  • Combine in a bowl the crab meat, peas, celery and mayonnaise.
  • Add cashew nuts, lemon juice, curry powder and coriander.
  • Prepare chow mein noodles according to the instructions.
  • Place in a serving bowl.
  • Serve crab mixture on top..
