Allan's experience includes time at PADI as Regional Manager for NZ, Assistant Dive Instructor, "doing time" on commercial workboats and driving fast ferries around Auckland. As a typical kiwi bloke he's spent most of his life around boats and in the water, and has always aspired towards owning his own charter boat.

In 2003 Allan and his partner Yvette moved up to Mangawhai Heads, purchased RNR Charters and quickly became recognized as a very successful and talented skipper.

Allan specializes in trips to the Mokohinau Islands, Hen and Chicken Islands, Little Barrier and Great Barrier Island groups, he is very well situated for easy access to world class fishing, game fishing, diving and sight seeing.
