Seared Wahoo Loins Recipe

Prep:1 hour Cook:5 minutes Difficulty:1

  • Wahoo loins
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi.
  • Roll loins in the Cajun seasoning.
  • Sear on a moderate/high heat.
  • Leave until the outside flesh is just cooked, turning once.
  • Remove and refrigerate immediately until well chilled (1 hour).
  • Mix soy sauce with a little wasabi paste, to taste.
  • When ready to serve:
  • Thinly slice chilled tuna and served with the soy dipping sauce.
  • Recipe can be used with yellowfin or albacore tuna loins.
