Lambo’s Battered Scarpie

Ingrediants:
  • 1 kilogram skinned and boned sea perch fillets
  • 500 grams dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper or garlic salt
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 50 grams butter
Directions:
  • In a plastic bag add 500 grams breadcrumbs.
  • Add lemon pepper or garlic salt and mix well.
  • Combine soy sauce, chilli sauce and lemon juice.
  • Dip individual fillets in the soy sauce mix.
  • Coat two fillets at a time in the bag.
  • Fry in butter and oil mix until golden brown..
