Broadbill with Yoghurt Sauce Recipe

  • 4 180-gram broadbill steaks
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • NZ Naturals 'Fish Wow'
  • 100 grams natural yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons standard mayonnaise
  • ¼ cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (lemon will do)
  • 125 grams seedless green grapes
  • Freshly-ground back pepper, to taste.
  • Brush broadbill with lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with 'Fish Wow' (mixture of seaweed and star anise).
  • Place on hot plate or under grill.
  • Turn once so still just warm in middle.
  • Don't overcook: 2-4 minutes a side, depending on steak thickness.
  • Mix well in a bowl:
  • Mayonnaise, yoghurt, grapes, cucumber, lime juice and pepper.
  • Serve fish hot off the barbecue, covered with sauce.
  • Great with a summer greens salad.
